So today I finished watching the 1st episode of the recently aired variety show from SBS : Barefoot Friends. The program will be airing every Sunday.
Initial reasons to watch the episode?
Mainly because of the cast. (Eunhyuk, Yoon shi, Hyung joong), eventhough I knew Hyun Joong was going to be in the program I didn't know Eunhyuk and Yoon Shi was going to be in it. So mainly I continued watching because I wanted to see more of Eunhyuk in variety and Yoon Shi with him being new to a variety program and more 4D personality from Hyun Joong. ♥
The cast:
Yoon Jong Shin(Family Outing Elder), Yoon Si Yoon(Flower Boy Next Door, Baker King Tak Goo) , Kang Ho Dong(Star King , I think his role is the same as Yoo Jae Suk from Running Man) ,Kin Bum Soo(Singer), Yoo Se Yoon, UEE (After School) , Eunhyuk (SUJU) , Kim Hyung Joong(SS501 member/Boys over Flowers,Playful Kiss).
The point of the program?
From what I understand from watching the first episode, its going to be a program where the cast will be experiencing a day of a normal citizen of each different country.We would be able to see how difficult earning money is and I guess the culture and different aspects of parts of the country.
Summary of 1st episode
The first episode starts with all the cast meeting at the airport then dividing into teams and then they fly to Vietnam.
Team 1 (Hyun joong, Kang Ho dong, UEE & Kim Bum Soo)
Team 2 (Eunhyuk,Yoon Si Yoon, Jong Shin & Yoo Se Yoon )
Then each group go separately to their accommodations in different parts of the country (Jong shin whose in Eunhyuk's group celebrates Eunhyuk's birthday :D ) Anyway then in the morning, each team then rides to a destination blind folded. After reaching the place they then receive their mission. First mission they have to do is live as a Vietnamese person, so they have to earn the daily income that normal Vietnamese person would have to earn by doing the jobs they would do (e..g fishing and tour cycling).
The episode ends with the Eunhyuk team doing their cycling job and the next episode preview shows the difficulties with the Hyun Joong team in the district where the have to do fishing.
Overall, I will be watching it anyway because it seems interesting but its not exactly a variety where you will be laughing all the time(like Running Man). I think by watching this program I might be able to learn a lot about the countries and obviously i get to see more Eunhyuk ♥♥♥ Hyun Joong♥♥ and Yoon Si ♥♥. So far the episode is still going to be continuing in Vietnam so we don't know what the future holds for this program.Either way AJA AJA FIGHTING! Hope this program get good rating at some point, which is what all producers hope for. :)
