So did anyone watch the 1st episode of the Bare foot Friends? Did you like it?
Just finished watching the 2nd episode today and I actually laughed a lot towards the end of the episode.
Don't know whether its because I am Triple S fan and Hyung Joong is my bias. But his 4-D character and Hodong's constant chattering seemed to work well together towards the end of the episode.
Overall episode 2 was really educational...I found out more about the way of the Vietnamese people and also the food as well. A recipe that I am definitely going to try out later is the "Banh Xeo/Bak Xeoh" also known as
It's simple, it looked delicious and I am a total fan of seafood.
Summary of the 2nd episode
Both groups were able to finish their money earning mission. So Hodong's team did the fishing then sold the crab quickly, then they did the pancake selling. Then Eunhyuk's team who were doing the Cyclo ride for the money got some customers in one go. After they were done with the customers they stopped the Cyclo ride as an idea sparked! Whilst they were waiting for customers, a woman came to sell yogurt in little bags with a straw. Then the Eunhyuk team thought what if we do the same thing with Coke~~So they spent some money on the material and lots of SUJU fans came up and bought it so they were done there. But the Eunhyuk team kind of spent too much on their groceries for dinner. (it's funny when they were calculating the amounts they spent)
Next morning Hodong's team bids goodbye to the family they were staying with. I found this part really touching because the Vietnam lady who own the house was crtying and so was UEE. I don't know I they must have talked more with them, to know their hardships..
Mission now is to capture the best laugh. After eating breakfast (Vietnamese rice noodles) Hodong and Hyung Joong head to the location.
Next episode looks good, as the review shows them doing the Harlem shake and it looks funny.So the episodes spans over at least 3 episodes but I think it is gradually becoming interesting.
